BUTTR. is a luxe body-care brand handcrafted in the UK. We make rich, silky body butters that celebrate everyday softness and luminous skin—grounded in quality ingredients, small-batch craft, and a touch of Yoruba soul.

The Woman Behind the Glow

My journey to creating this whipped body butter began with the woman who helped raise me—my aunty, my second mum. In her seventies, her skin still glows like she’s in her twenties, and she credits one thing: shea butter.

She taught me that shea butter is more than skincare—it’s a remedy, a ritual, a gift from the earth. From her farm in Cotonou, she passed down the wisdom of natural healing and everyday beauty. Growing up, whether I had dry or itchy skin, her answer was always the same: “Rub some shea butter.”

Honouring Her Legacy

BUTTR. is my way of keeping that wisdom alive. Each jar is lovingly whipped with pure shea butter from her farm, blended with nourishing plant oils—and, for our glow range, a hint of natural gold minerals—just the way she loves it.
