Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll happily resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
